Frequently asked questions.
What can I expect in the first session?
During your first session, you can expect to go into depth about your reasons for seeking therapy, identify therapy goals and create a plan to reach them. The first session, called the initial session, and sessions thereafter typically last 55 minutes.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, Well3Plus Collaborative Care is a provider for many major insurance plans and in network with:
Aetna
United Health
Optum
Anthem BlueCross BlueShield of Georgia
VA Community Care (VA CCN)
If we are in-network with your provider, we will assist with filing claims for each session.
If we are out-of-network, you will be responsible for the total investment of your session fees. We can provide a super bill (sort of like a receipt) for your sessions so that you may seek reimbursement from your insurance provider.
It is recommended that you contact your insurance provider and inquire about your specific in-network and out-of-network mental health benefits.
Where do sessions take place?
All sessions take place virtually. Clients receive an appointment link to the session and several reminders leading up to their scheduled appointment.
How much can I expect to pay per session?
Initial session – 55 minutes – $180
Individual Therapy – 55 minutes – $165
X-press Yourself – 30 minutes – $90
Intensive Case Management – 55 minutes – $200
Clients using insurance benefits to cover session costs will need to contact their insurance provider to find out their specific financial responsibility per session.
